Shipping & Delivery
Every Studio 126 original is designed and handcrafted in our workshop located in the heart of Vancouver, British Columbia.
We love to personally hand deliver every piece of furniture we make. After all the hard work and anticipation, there is nothing better than seeing the look on our customers' faces when our creativity and craftsmanship is revealed in their awaited custom piece. It is also wonderful to see how well the new furniture fits in their home. Our delivery is always the white–glove treatment, which includes unpacking and recycling any delivery materials, simple assembly (attaching the legs to a table) as well as moving the piece of furniture to its final location. Delivery is accompanied with effortless care instructions, and if time allows, a quick photo shoot.
Delivery within Vancouver is always complimentary. We gladly deliver outside of Vancouver for a nominal fee.
If more in depth assembly is required, as is the case with built in shelving or wall–mounted pieces, an hourly rate will apply. We do our best to come prepared for every situation, but knowledge of your home construction in advance is a definite asset.
Our delivery times are not constrained to regular business hours. The last thing you need is to take time off work to get your table delivered. Just let us know what fits your schedule best, and we will do our best to accommodate. No four–hour time slots from us – promise.
Shipping nationally and internationally is quoted on a per case basis. Shipping outside of Canada may require personal information such as a US TAX ID or social security number for US Customs and Border Services. Third party brokerage service may contact you to for this information.
